Strategic and commercial due diligence of S4E Software (MBO, 2026)
In the context of the management buy-out of S4E Software, a leading SaaS platform of renewable energies, Enviny conducted the strategic and commercial due diligence on behalf of UI Investissement.
The assignment covered the PV supervision market landscape, S4Eโs competitive positioning, key growth drivers (storage, international expansion, SaaS and AI opportunities) and main strategic risks.
Based on this work, UI Investissement and the management team structured a spin-off from Apex Energies, enabling S4E to focus its governance on the software business and accelerate its growth trajectory.

Founded in 2010, S4E Software is a software publisher specialising in energy information systems.
